Tactic Questions
First topic message reminder :
String Shot (For more power, using Spider Web): Are the available uses acceptable for a Level 5 Bachuru?
Flail- Sticking a small rock to to the thread and whipping the rock like a medieval flail.
Trip Lines- covering the ground and spaces between trees with lines of String Shot. The lines are made by connecting three-five individual lines of String while still producing more. Because of the string's stickiness, it will mold with the other strings, increasing in thickness.
Blinding- spraying clots of String Shot into the eyes, blocking the individuals sight.
Ancientpower: What are the effects on reality that occur when using this technique?

Re: Tactic Questions
Idea for an Alakazam or Kadabra.
Can an Alakazam (kadabra) use Psycho Cut to produce katana blades from their spoons and use the power in their Elemental Punches to reshape the status of the attack. (e.x. Basic=Psychic, Use Ice Punch=Becomes Ice Type, Use Fire Punch, etc. Use Fire Punch after Ice Punch=Water Type, etc.)?

Re: Tactic Questions
That doesn't even make sense to me. That's a first. Please explain with further detail?

Re: Tactic Questions
Well, first Why are you labeled as Guest now?
Second, Psycho Cut produces blades out of Psychic energy. So can an Alakazam materialize those blades out of their spoons?
Third, The original purpose of the Elemental Punches was to give access to the powers of Fire, Ice, and Electricity. So couldn't an Alakazam transfer that power into their blades, using psychic energy, thereby changing the elemental properties of the blades. Using Ice Punch, the blade would turn to Ice and possess the Ice element instead of the Psychic Element, Fire, Electricity, etc. But if one uses Ice first, and then Fire on the same blade, the Ice would melt and turn the Blade into the water Element, which could also be used to transfer Electricty through, using Thunder Punch.

Re: Tactic Questions
First, Long story
Second, Sure, it doesnt matter really.
Third: No, you can't combine elements like that, if you punch your own attack, they just neutralize each other. This isn't like naruto, no changing attack types. However, you can use a psycho cut, then run forward and punch them as the attack explodes in their face.

Re: Tactic Questions
No, I was talking about keeping the blades in the hands and deciding before hand which punch to use. The Alakazam simply uses both (or all three or four) at once in one hand, and then transfers the energy into a single, new attack.
New idea (same theory): Can the user of the three Punches use the heat and energy produced to create thunderheads? (hot and Cool air being what makes a cloud, plus electricty making the lightning)

Oh for goodness sake... Please ignore Kenji's response. What you're saying is that you want to utilize the psychic energy and literally create a blade out of a spoon ... No. Just because Kadabra/Alakazam is psychic, doesn't mean you can produce something that literally wasn't there. Unless you're saying you want to make a butter knife out of a spoon - then whatever ... But you can't make full sized blades when you don't already have the material necessary. Get a pipe or something, and then you can do that. I'm just saying that you can't use a spoon for it since it's not big enough for anything better than a small knife.
And yes, you can combine the elemental punches if you actually have all of them available -- and since it would be mixed with psychic, it is possible to properly control them. However, keep in mind that you're limited to two attacks maximum per pokemon. (No, you can't just use the elements themselves rather than the entire attack; it still counts as an attack) I would also treat this as something of a ... What was it. Focus Punch? Dynamic Punch? Whichever that makes you concentrate for a turn before attacking. Alakazam/Kadabra can't teleport without the attack, remember, meaning that your technique would take a great deal of effort to execute without interruptions. (This technique would work better in double battles, especially with a partner pokemon with protect)
As for the thunderheads; no. That would require the use of three elemental attacks, as well as more intense. If your pokemon reach level 35 minimum, then ask for permission to use that technique again.

Congrates
Anyway, I meant materializing blades of Psychic energy using the spoons as mediums. Like the chakra swords the samurai used in Naruto and such.

Re: Tactic Questions
Then there's no point, is there? Psychic attacks are already pretty much condensed energy attacks -- the same as what you're saying you want... You're just making it out to be a different shape. The shape doesn't matter -- you could make it into a 'blade' if that's what you wanted in the first place. O_o Hell, it's psychic. It's not supposed to make sense.

How do the attacks ExtraSensory, Confusion, and Psychic work? In RP terms to be exact.

Re: Tactic Questions
Extrasensory works just like it does in the anime. Despite it's description being 'an odd, unseeable power', it acts like a rainbow hyper beam -- just of less intensity. And of course, it could make the opponent flinch, depending on what the mod says.
Confusion is just basically a weak telekinetic force; the japanese move translates to Mindpower.
Psychic is just a more intense version, although apparently it's not quite as disorienting, so it doesn't confuse.

Re: Tactic Questions
How does Kinesis work?
Can ditto transform into any Pokemon it has previously encountered, but can only use moves if they were known by its Transformed Counterpart, and it has the Level required in that state?
Can Shedninja and Hitomoshi really steal souls? "Eat" in terms of Hitomoshi.

Re: Tactic Questions
No need to get uppity, Garth. You're putting too much emphasis on educated... It's a valid question, so delete your comment, please.
Grass is ultra effective on Quagsire. (4x) That image is wrong in one aspect however... (Yes, I'm saying that is possible.) Quagsire are noted to be completely oblivious to pain. And I absolutely love them for that when it comes to RP. :DD
So yes, again, that is possible. Just sitting on the grass won't hurt it, but if it's rolling around in it, then hell yeah, it's like getting a million paper cuts.
____
For Garth's earlier questions:
Kinesis: "The user distracts the foe by bending a spoon. It may lower the target's accuracy." The original japanese name translated to "spoon bend". So, it's safe to say that'll be the only thing I allow.
Ditto's transform: It works somewhat like it does in the game. If it attempts to transform into anything without it actually being there for reference, it'll be hideously deformed. Ditto keeps it's own level, and can only learn it's transformation's moves if it reaches the required level. The counterpart does not need to know the move in order for Ditto to learn it, since it's possible for a reason.
Soul Stealing: OP = No.
